very very soon... A la next year when I'm a senior because I'll be gosh darned if I go through this stress again.
That's it.... I'll start at band camp next year: getting ideas for our senior show at band camp and then I'll assign things to different people for them to do, and then we get together before the 1st game and decide on what we're going to do; what idaes are good and junk like that. Thennnnnnnn after that, we start on the drill and order hte music AS SOON AS HUMANLY PSOSIBLE, because we need to learn it waaayyy before we even start thikning abotu when / where we'll do the senior show at a..
The reason I say I'm going to be eating words is because I was "spouting off" to my sister in the car on the way home from band today and I said some things like I did in the other paragraph, except it was diffrerent because I said "I know I'm going to be eating my words next year, but..." and went on with my huge rant about disorganization and stupid people that think I'm a god in charge of everything. Well, I'll be honest, it's sometimes fun and/or easier to be, but when I'm not supposed to be, I'm usually not. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S NOT MY SHOW... that got me the biggest. But I dont want to sound .... uh... stupid. lol

The thing is, Chris, I had alot of ideas for my senior show and not one of them is in it. I had to forget all of my drills that I wanted to do so that the group would get along better. I hate to say it but you praboably will be eating your words next year. Who thinks youre in charge of everything? Some people may have asked you a question but the problem is all of the seniors are afraid to make any new decisions b/c they don't won't to hurt any of the others feelings. If the younger peeps ask you a question, tell them to ask Joe or Charla. Joe has the drills written down and Charla can speak for the seniors. I hope you understand I'm not yelling at you but I'm very upset with the whole thing. The show will look good, we just need to perfect it.
And you shouldn't be stressing. This is the senior show, if it looks bad, it's our fault. Don't worry, be happy! I'm not yelling, just ranting!

Well, thats Becca, you know how she is, just ignore it.
Just a few points I'd like to make in addition to everything Amanda said:
-We started working on senior show, getting ideas and all that, back on the first week of June
-It's exremely difficult to pick music for a show that makes 14 seniors and one band director happy, especially when these people have very different tastes in music.
-It's also very difficult to set meeting dates so that everyone can come. We couldn't always do it right after band because of the other practices we all have
-During our meeting for drilling, we got kicked out of the cafeteria to the unlit pavilion and literally were reduced to writing the drill by the light of our cells
It's not your show, so don't stress about it^^
I'm not picking on anyone, just complaining. Good ol' reguluar complaining. Kinda like what everyone else does, but I don't always do it aloud and in public.
