Anywho, school starts Wednesday for me. Tuesday for all y'all Freshmen. Don't worry. I know how it feels.
But it's really not all that bad, and I'm sure loads of people can attest to this, but you'll meet a bunch of people, talk to them, get smacked, poked, prodded or whatnot by Coach Bahen and you'll be a "Good Crusader" by year's end.
...or not.
Which brings me to a point I like to call "Point 2".
Point two includes the following facts/opinions of the aforementioned author, me:
- A "Good Crusader", defined only by my witty instincts and common sense, entails that the student enrolled at Catholic Central (or an alumnus) follows all the rules and regulations of the school, makes friends with teachers, and generally doesn't talk much.
Now, this may sound a little like myself, what with the "generally doesn't talk much" (since I don't during the school day) but really you don't know what goes on behind the person and inside the person's mind. Again, I will use my person as an example.
Let's say that a teacher tells me "You got a bad grade. You didn't study." I might say "Yeah I'll work on it next time" but I might be thinking, "Step off, Gramps. I studied plenty." and I would still be deemed as a "Good Crusader".
Make sense? Good.
2. A "Good Crusader" can be pretty much anybody and everybody that goes to Central.
I mean seriously. How hard is it to just do your work and press on? Not very. Unless you're in a really tough class (from rumors, the word "Physics" comes to mind to those that have taken it. Anyone that has: please attest to this by leaving a comment. Those that have not: leave a comment anyway.
)
Oh, and just for fun: Figure this out and send it to me via e-mail for a special surprise.
Thanks for reading my post. Now Sign up and leave a comment or five.
Good luck. And as always, "be a good Crusader"!
