Jump On It

I'm back at Ashland, in the good room of Hocobo 320.

After going to the high school band camp as an instructor and also coming back to the AU band camp as a sophomore veteran person-type, I'm beginning to get a new perspective on things.

It's not one of those perspectives that you can just kinda slither up to and hope it happens upon YOU, it's one of those that you have to jump on to get a good grasp of. I've ended the sentence with a preposition, I think? Yeah. I have. Oh well.

I'd like to think I'm a little more mellow so far, although I've only been here a few days. Yet, for all its niceties, it does feel like I've been here for the whole summer... I know I worked and I know I was home, but it doesn't feel like it. I guess that's what home is supposed to feel like.

Anyway, I'm exhausted. I'm interested to see who/what Rae writes a letter to next... Dear apple pie...................
